Innio collects information about you that is relevant to your use of our website and associated services to provide you with a customized and efficient experience; some of that information is personal and Innio has developed a set of policies to safeguard it. Information Sharing

We consider your email address, billing information (if applicable), and other personally identifiable data to be Personal User Data. Your Personal User Data (or portions of it) will never be shared with third parties except for in the following circumstances:

  1. In using our vehicle tracking services, users should be aware that some pages will use third-party mapping services. In these cases, your IP address may be visible to these services. However, no data about your Innio User Account will be visible to them.
  2. In paying for Innio services by credit card, Innio transmits your payment information and relevant Personal User Data to our payment provider as required.
  3. In some of our services which may be configured to be public-facing, some of the content you submit will be visible to other users and may include information you have provided for the purpose (such as your name when associated with content you have submitted). While this varies from service to service, you should assume that data you have provided within a particular application, including some data considered Personal User Data, may become accessible.
  4. Innio maintains access logs of your interactions with the website, including pages visited and data submitted. Innio employees may access this data from time to time for various business reasons. However, this data will never be shared with an outside party except as required by law.

E-mail

As detailed in the Information Sharing section, Innio will only share your email address to our payment processor in accepting your credit card payments. Innio may send out e-mails with password reset information, failed billing attempts, newsletters, product announcements, legal notices, and any e-mails generated by Innio services you administer.

Cookies

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and tell us how and when pages in our website are visited and by how many people. Our cookies do not themselves collect Personal User Data, but if you have an account with Innio, it allows us to recognize your login across our services.

A cookie remains on your hard drive after you close your browser so that it can be used by your browser on subsequent visits to Innio Services. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your web browser’s directions.
