Innio provides a warranty on any hardware components or sub-components provided to customers for a period of one year from the time or purchase or for the length of any manufacturer/OEM warranty that may otherwise exist, whichever is longer.

The limited warranty provided by Innio warrants our hardware against defects in materials or workmanship, but is void if any malfunction has resulted from accidental damage, abuse, misapplication, modification, unauthorized repairs. Hazards and other natural occurrences such as lightning, flood, and electrical surges are also exempt from warranty.

Hardware can be returned for warranty service by contacting Innio for a RMA number. Shipping to Innio will be at the customer’s expense and repairs will carry a limited warranty as described above for 90 days.

Hardware not covered under warranty can still in many cases be sent in for repairs at a reasonable cost of labor and materials to be agreed upon. Such work is warrantied as described above for 90 days.

Phone/Email Support

Support for hardware will be provided via phone and e-mail for 90 days after the purchase of any hardware from Innio. Advanced support (with guaranteed 24-hour response time and phone access) can be purchased at an additional cost. Consulting services involving customization and/or improvements to hardware may be contracted or purchased separately.

Custom Installations

Upon request, Innio will occasionally perform installations of hardware used by our products or do other custom installations and integrations. These installations will be by separate contract on a per-customer basis, although any hardware or software deployed will be governed by the warranties and policies specified by Innio as applicable. Issues of on-site support, hiring of subcontractors, and responsibility for installation elements will be specified on a per-customer basis by contract.
